Im fünften und vorletzten Inning konnten die im vorherigen Inning erzielten Erfolge am Schlag nicht wiederholt werden und die Nagolder punktete nicht im Gegensatz zu den Gästen, die einen Punkt verbuchen konnten. Somit war der Vorsprung der Royals wieder um einen Punkt gewachsen auf 8:6.
Das letzte Inning des Spieltages war nochmals spannend. Nachdem die Royals 3 Punkte erzielten stand die Mohawks-Jugend nochmals konzentriert am Schlag und bemüht, die im vierten Inning erzielten Leistungen, nochmals wiederholen zu können.
