Management trio complete – Club development is positive – many new projects and tasks for 2023
The short version of last Saturday's Annual General Meeting reads splendidly.
After looking back on the very successful year of the association, the regular election of the board positions was due.
On the post of 1. and 2. continuity prevails – unanimously were Simon Mohr (1. Chairman) and Marius Noether (2. Chairman) re-elected.
Nicole Gauss was unanimously voted into office for the scheduled departure of treasurer Andreas Keck.
Good luck to the entire board for the coming term of office.
For 2023 many projects and tasks were announced. Among them, a lot should happen, especially on and around Mohawks Park. Stay tuned and follow the progress.
Baseball5 – the fast, dynamic and highly exciting game form – makes it easy for children and young people to get started with baseball- und Softballsport. Und genau das haben unsere Teilnehmer direkt erfahren dürfen.
4 Teams auf 2 Spielfelder lernten die Grundlagen und Spielzüge von Baseball5. Und auf Anhieb war Spiel, Spaß und Freude zu sehen… und durchweg spannende Spiele.
Das Goodie-Bag als Geschenk zum Schluss ermöglicht nun allen ab sofort auch Zuhause oder in der Schule Baseball5 zu spielen.

At the 31.10. haben die Mohawks ein kleines Halloween Event ins Leben gerufen – welches sich durch sehr großen Zuspruch schnell zu einem großen Event für Jung und Alt ausdehnte.
Mit insgesamt knapp 90 Teilnehmern war der Mohawks Park an diesem Abend gut besucht.
A 18 Uhr starteten die Kids mit einem kleinen Fackellauf, der auf dem Weg ein paar Aufgaben und Spiele für sie bereithielt – zur Belohnung durfte „Süßes“ natürlich nicht fehlen.
Zurück am schaurig dekorierten Vereinsheim kamen dann auch die Erwachsenen zahlreich hinzu und genossen einen Abend am Feuer mit Stockbrot, Punsch, leckerem vom Grill und jeder Menge mitgebrachter Snacks der Mitglieder.
Die Mohawks freuen sich riesig über das große Interesse und dass so viele Mitglieder den Weg zur ersten Halloween Party gefunden haben. Es war ein gelungenes Event und schreit nach Wiederholung.
At the 20. In October, the men of the Nagold Mohawks traveled to Budapest for the “October Fast Tournament”.. Against 2 Teams from Hungary and a team from Slovakia lay 3 Days of baseball in front of the Nagolder team.
On Friday the 21., still noticeably done from the almost 12-hour journey the day before, the Nagolder unfortunately had to go with them 5:6 narrowly defeated by the hosts Hungarian Astros. This didn't spoil the mood and the next day the Mohawks started the game motivated 2 against the supposed tournament favorites Érd Expandables. Ein 3:6 Victory put the Mohawks back in the tournament.
Buoyed up by this victory, things got going on Sunday 9 Clock already further against the next opponent, die Topolcany Bullfighters. It quickly became clear, that the opponents were inferior and the Nagolder could do a high 20:3 get victory.
In the afternoon the crucial game was played. A win against the Szentendre Sleepwalkers should bring the tournament win.
In a tight and exciting game, the Mohawks kept their nerve and won 1:3 Runs the game and with it the tournament.
But it shouldn't stop there. The Nagolder cleared away all the awards of the tournament. The Nagolder coach Frieder Häfele was able to take home the award for the best batsman. The best pitcher was also provided by Nagolder with guest player Kubilay Yilmaz. Also as a guest for the Nagolder at the start, Timo Stolz was awarded MVP of the tournament.
The Mohawks look back on a great weekend and a successful event with the hosts from Hungary and are already safe - too 2023 the Nagolder will get involved again at the October Fast Tournament...

instead of. Parents and friends are cordially invited to this. To vollzähliges appearance is requested. The minutes of the last AGM the Board may, online (www.nagold-mohawks.de) can be viewed in the Club / Internal menu or on the day of the AGM.

Anträge sind bis spätestens 10.11.2022 schriftlich beim 1. Vorsitzenden einzureichen.
Sollte die Mitgliederversammlung mangels Anwesenheit von mindestens der Hälfte aller stimmberechtigten Mitglieder nach § 11.6 Satz 1 der Satzung beschlussunfähig sein, so wird hiermit zu einer zweiten Mitgliederversammlung direkt im Anschluss an die ursprüngliche Versammlung und mit identischer Tagesordnung geladen, die dann nach § 11.6 Satz 3 der Satzung ohne Rücksicht auf die Zahl der anwesenden Mitglieder beschlussfähig ist.
